Fantastic meal alert: tomato, mozzarella, and fresh-from-the-window-box basil on rye.
This has become my favorite meal. I’ve changed it to use garlic bread (baguette sliced lengthwise, drizzled with a mix of pressed garlic and olive oil, and toaster-ovened) instead of raw bread. I’ve been daydreaming about it at work lately.
