Tonight’s CSA Dinner!
“Spaghetti” with tomato “sauce”
cook Jalapeno and salt in oil
add onions, green/purple pepper, and sliced carrots
add shaved squash (instead of pasta)
cook that and then—off heat—mix in the diced (seeded) tomatoes and chopped basil
Bam! Spicy-healthy-fresh dinner that uses 1/2 of the CSA haul, plus two of our garden jalapenos.
